About The Highlands in Paradise
This newly proposed subdivision in Woodland Park, Colorado will be named “The Highlands in Paradise.” It will be made up of 21 higher-end villas starting in the mid 500k’s. This new addition to one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Teller County would include an HOA (to take care of the exteriors and landscape), Pikes Peak views for many of the villas, a walking path (with benches and picnic tables) around the perimeter, direct access to national forest, and will be made up of highly energy efficient construction. The subdivision has been designed by Highmark LLC’s award winning designers and, if approved, will be built by MBI Contractors Inc.
